Home Health RN Case Managers (various branch offices)

Immediate openings for full-time Home Health Registered Nurse Case Managers in various branch Home Health offices.  Position will be responsible for delivery and coordination of care to assigned home health patients case load.  Minimum 1 year Registered Nurse experience, preferably 1 year in Home Health also.  Applicants should have excellent observation, clinical and interpersonal skills and have good nursing judgment.  Position will work closely with established home care team to ensure appropriate patient care and outcomes. Applicant must have ability to communicate and interact with patients and family members and should be able to work independently and organize/prioritize schedule.

Position will work primarily hours of Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some on-call rotation for additional pay. Applicants must have current non-restricted State of Oklahoma RN license.

Hospice RN Case Managers (Noble and Purcell Hospice offices)

Immediate opening for a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager for our Noble and Purcell hospice branch offices. Position will be responsible for oversight and coordination of patient care for assigned hospice patients and for providing skilled palliative care to hospice patient.  Applicants should have excellent observation, clinical and interpersonal skills and have good nursing judgment.  Position will work closely with established hospice team to ensure appropriate patient care and outcomes. Applicant must have ability to communicate and interact with patients and family members and should be able to work independently and organize/prioritize schedule.

Position requires a minimum 1 year of hospice nursing and experience in end of life care. Position will work primarily hours of Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some on-call rotation for additional pay. Applicants must have current non-restricted State of Oklahoma RN license.

Home Health & Hospice Marketing Consultant 

Looking for Marketing Representative for Central Oklahoma counties.  Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and Home health/Hospice marketing experience.  Position will create and promote all services provided to include home health, hospice and private duty services to referral sources.  Involvement in community groups and events.  Applicant should have good working knowledge of overall healthcare management and sales techniques.  Applicant must have ability to effectively present information to individuals, groups of managers, clients, physicians and general public.  Must possess strong customer service skills.

Position requires a minimum 1 year of home health &/or hospice marketing experience. Position will work primarily hours of Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some occasional evenings or weekends for community events.

Certified Home Health Aides FT/PT  (Noble and Shawnee offices)

Immediate positions open for Private Duty Certified Home Health Aides. Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts are flexible day, night and weekends with shift differential pay for weekend shifts. Various areas needed for coverage around Noble, Norman, Yukon, Shawnee and OKC metro areas. We are always looking for caring, compassionate, and dependable people to work in private duty, home health and hospice client’s homes. Applicants MUST HAVE Oklahoma State Dept of Health CHHA certification and must be able to pass all fingerprint and background checks.
